Hi- Looking to buy and live in either of these 2 communities and hoping appreciation (total 10%) in next 5-7 years.Prices vary due to multiple layouts and one being Townhomes vs other stacked TH.Has anyone experienced dealing with either of the builders ?

Through some internet searches it appears that the city governments of Southern Pines/Pinehurst are trying to slow the short term rental market in the area.

In that case layout depends on the market and demand.
