There are a couple air bnbs that seem to do okay but there is nothing unique about them.What I'm asking for is help/thoughts/ideas with this:1. 

New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :) Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area?

If they need help on that part I can help, we have a huge network of buyers that look to buy paper on a constant bases. 

Selling the properties to investors as a portfolio would actually help with the time frame requirements of the 1031 exchange.
