some part time agents in my office out perform some full time agents..Unless you sign with a broker that is “hands on” (ie providing lots of guidance), you aren’t going to be seeing much of what’s going on.

Have you had any guidance?

Every time I see a listing with a flat fee company I immediately let my clients know that the seller is trying to save money and often times will not have guidance on the transaction and will be very difficult in negotiations and inspections.
