I know this might be a long shot but I am looking for a flexible broker with investing expertise who is willing to make me part of his/her team considering my current situation.

I'm full of book knowledge, podcasts, articles, blogs, forums and meetings with team members, but I'm the type that prefers OJT. 

I'm looking to continue building my team.

Much of the Midwest can be profitable if you have a team on the ground that you can trust.

I building my team and this my first assignment.

Perhaps we can team up to share research, etc.  

Should I cut my losses and seek a team or a mentor?

Sure.It sounds generic but we've tackled about every kind of project one can in the 6yrs we've been in business.

I'm just starting out. i have financing and a team in place ready to start i just need the right deal to start with. i had a offer ready to place on a house last week, but...I hesitated... and it went under contract before i pulled my head out.
