Ideal Number of Follow ups - Cold Calling
22 October 2023 | 0 replies
I read that 80% of sales deals happen at around the 5th follow up so i'm trying to figure how frequently I should follow up if I only do Calls/SMS (No voicemail). Also if I encounter a lead who's got a DNC number but was willing to take an offer on their home when they were called one time, i'm wondering if it's safe to follow up with the lead after they expressed interest in receiving an offer.

The director would have loved the convenience and comfort of living in a home instead of a hotel, and if she’d become our client could have enjoyed a stable income, less frequent turnovers, and fewer worries about compliance with short-term rental laws.We would have ensured a smooth experience for all involved by handling the cleaning, managing the lease, and troubleshooting any minor issues that came up during the director’s stay.
