When executed correctly and repeatedly, house hacking can be very lucrative, and there are multi-millionaires who built their fortunes on repetitive house hacking!

Most ZTR (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) programs cost a fortune and send each lead to up to 4 agents at the same time. 

Fortunately, the title company was honest and called me to let me know they had my check, but I could have been cheated out of my fee. 

I was fortunate to find it through meetups and the BP community.What concerns me about the algorithm is that BP has undergone some changes in the past few years, and event posts work similarly to normal posts, probably for easy maintenance.
