Quick tip - put a drop of food colouring in the the toilet's tank and see if the colour comes through to the bowl after 30min.

For that an attorney is recommended.How much timber do you have.... to be viable in this market one needs at least a 5 acre stand of tree's that are too big at the butt to put your arms around ... and the first log ( IE 40 ft up ) is clean ( that means no limbs ) big wolfy trees have little value Wolf Tree = Huge limbs down low.the good news with Columbia county is the short truck to longview.

Semi truck docks, repair facility, etc, but I don't think your population would support it...When I first read the idea I thought you could do Paintball wars, but that definitely would not pay for it...I have heard of converting old large commercial spaces into year round aquaponics/hydroponics gardens, but again, I am not sure you have the population to support it.I think @Brandon Sturgill also struck on another issue, and it was one I also thought of immediately..
