My reasoning is because I simply do not qualify for a loan for any properties out here and units that are being sold off in smaller multi-family properties have ridiculous HOA rules that make it quite difficult to cash flow or just pencil out in general.

I know we can have a lawyer draft up a quit claim deed to get her sister off of the deed, but I have head this is similar to when people transfer ownership to LLC and could pull up the due on sale clause?

I like a having a list of forums I like the most but my inbox is getting destroyed from all the notifications that someone posted a new thread.What I would love to do is turn off email notifications for certain followed forums and leave it on for one or two.Or an idea for BP is if you could set it to send one email a day or every few hours with links to all the posts in your followed forums :)
