Hey @Tammi Bieniek 2 things...1) I have not managed to listen to that episode yet, but I heard it was fantastic, and 2) the fact that you have such good insights on the location and the future of the area means its going to be a great investment in my book.As far as raising funds for opportunity zones specifically, I don't know that there would be any specific communication towards potential investors other than if there are specific tax advantages they will get by being in the deal. 

Those are some fantastic numbers, and it shows you the power of house hacking and renting by the room and a great job by Stacy being your realtor! 

It really sucks because it was a newly rehabbed unit, they were only our 2nd tenant and the floors were in fantastic shape before they moved in :(.
