I am no self-proclaimed expert on economics or real estate; however, I do own several paid-for rentals, and I am considering the idea of turning my current paid-for residence into another rental, moving into a new personal home upgrade.

I'm not an expert on this topic, but have heard of the situation being dealt w/ on some local apartment LLC's.  

I am a newer DFW investor and hoping to know more local folks and learn more from the experts.

I am not an expert, please consult your attorney / real estate broker.

The things I got out of it are the same you would get from going to REI clubs, get-togethers and BP - networking, case studies and tons of mentors and experts to guide you along. 

I will look into Jerry Puckett though as he appears to be an expert in this niche.I'd love to speak with you a little more and pick your brain about more tactics to finding the awesome off-market deals, but I am at work now.
