Have not had a 'issue' selling in the past five years..I would say the additional development cost of an extra bedroom/bathroom are probably well worth it in the long run..Good luck.

Lean on other real estate investors in your market on who they use - it's not foolproof but working with someone that another investor already had great experience with is a good starting place.Hope all of that makes sense.

Hey BP,I'm looking to connect with investors, GCs, Builders who have experience in new construction, ideally taking infill lots and building small multis.
