Hi guys, I'm brand new here (both to R/E investing and w/ BP) and I have a quick question as I'm reviewing deals from all sources. 

If you bought a property that can be reasonably expected to increase in value at least the rate of inflation over time, you've traded inflation-destroyed fiat currency for inflation-matched hard assets.

So more capital required, but from an execution perspective it may actually be easier because the difference between the purchase price and after rehab value is typically also much larger, providing more margin for error and also making the potential reward much higher.
