Most brands also have a tamper proof tab you can activate when you install it that makes it hard to remove unless you know exactly how to do it.

The prospects in Denver are very good long-term, so you aren't necessarily are going to find great cash flowing deals, this one is a better one considering the price point and current condition of the property, and it is in an upcoming area that could be a solid place to buy and hold long-term property once East Colfax neighborhood gets redeveloped.

In the amendment and in this exact wording we requested "Buyers requests that all work be done by licensed professional/reputable company and copies of all work-orders/receipts for repairs" and "All repairs should be completed on or before 7/16/2018" .

If she sells in its current condition I'm estimating that she'll lose roughly 30k buy not being able to get the full value vs. keeping the house doing, some repairs and waiting to sell.I know there has to be a way to make this work.

I can’t remember the ridiculous numbers exactly but it built a 16-17 story building in just a couple weeks or less.As a very forward preparing GC, we are getting ready and prepared to be sensor installers (plumbing pipes, wood rot detection, foundation shift, etc etc.).

Exactly this example - selling agricultural and purchasing a multi family residential rental building.One limiting factor though is going to be that you will need to take title to the new property as the same taxpayer that owns the old property at least initially.

Your best bet is to sit down with a loan officer and discuss your plans  - they will be able to tell  exactly what you can and cannot do  - you may also want to consider getting prequalified so you know how much you can buy and what your payments would be - this is especially useful in running your numbers to see if a property will cash flow or not.
