That comes first.If your tenant has done any damage, it's already happened and it's likely not as bad as you are imaging.Some areas have eviction services where you can hire someone to handle the entire eviction process for you, from the very first step of filing and serving notices, to the court date, to the eviction day itself.

I'll sharp my question, is there any platform or certain ways I can manage all the basic aspects of investing like, finance, properties analyzing without seeing it in real life, property management , properties buying ans selling, accountants handling and lawyers, taxes etc..BTW I'm visiting the US in a couple of days, anything I should do while i'm there ?
