I will be attending this week's reiclub meeting in okc, today I'll be at Secretary of state getting my dba registered (yes I already have an llc) for this exciting endeavor of real estate!!

Hypothetically, my wife enjoys real estate so she works more than 750 hours in our personal investment real estate which would qualify her as a "real estate professional" which designation provides unlimited passive losses to ordinary income.

I'll also add that the right clients will enjoy working with you and not someone who's a social butterfly, so don't let that stop you.
