No hype, no get rich quick schemes, no BS, just the plain honest truth that if you build your empire by working slowly and carefully, you will eventually find yourself atop a nice mountain of wealth.The other book I finished recently that I really enjoyed was David Schumacher's Buy & Hold Real Estate Strategy: How To Secure Profits in Any Real Estate Market (John Wiley & Sons, New York, May 1992, March 1993 & March 1994 with Dr.

Derek and I were able to meet this week, and I truly enjoyed comparing notes on properties we both have looked at, as well as discovering other mutual interest and connections.I would like to see a meeting where we can invite vendors who are are already supporting our local RE group (lenders, insurance etc.).

Personally, I really enjoy them because it's less about speed and more about attitude and problem-solving skills.

However, if you enjoy sales, love working with people, and have a passion for analyzing deals religiously, then maybe it's appropriate to leap into wholesaling.

That's why so many of us want to achieve financial freedom, and real estate is one of the best vehicles.The book has also helped me understand my relationship with money, and how to enjoy it more, and to view it as a tool.
