I love the log cabin (newest) one...so peaceful & serene!

To all in MA area:Subsidized voucher tenants are great for income and majority of them are great people who look after the property and let others enjoy it peacefully too.However, I heard that sometimes, someone who is not supposed to be living with the tenant, a boyfriend, girlfriend, just another relative, etc moves in with the tenant and starts creating trouble for other tenants and hence for the landlord too, by trashing the common area of the place.If we were to get a new tenant applicant with subsidiezed voucher, do landlords have any option, to treat them like other applicants, and, check their Credit History, Rental History and how clean they kept their previous accommodation or any other item that can be legal grounds to keep looking for more suitable tenant or should just accept to rent them because they came with the HA voucher ?

If not, then pay down your debt.That said, if you have more peace of mind by paying down your existing debt to a certain level, then put a little more on your debt.

Looking someone in the eye is a great way to gain peace of mind or clock red flags that might have gone unnoticed because someone emails a good game.There are plenty of good markets, especially in the midwest and southeast as you mentioned, so you'll be able to find good numbers several places.

peace everyone i am a newbie interested in learning more about realestate i want freedom, whatever freedom you can think of i want in to secure a better life and future for the ppl i love most and to better my community! 

For example, on the conservative side, your home is where you live, and owning your home gives you more peace of mind that you will always have a place to live. 

Should I evict them anyways since they have not left the property or I just let them leave peacefully?

It was the house next door to my personal resIdence and my job at the tIme had weIrd hours, and I wanted control of my peaceful nights sleep so, I bought it and slowly made improvements in order to turn my negative positive.
