I totally agree that the guru seminars are just pitches for their packages and coaching.  

His site is trying to sell a learn-to-invest package, but there's still a ton of stuff that's free to access.Mark also does a podcast you can link to from his blog or on iTunes with this guy Jeran Fraser.

I've done sales before and subconsciously negotiated the terms but it's never been an active practice... well unless I was creating various packages and options with prices and costs associated with each.Right now, I have a seller who is wanting $300k for her home.

In fact many of the questions on the exam I had already encountered on the practice exams which obviously made it easier.  

And as I prepare an offer package, how can I show statistically how this will benefit him  in the long run over other options such as renovation or selling as is and listing?
