I have been watching the BP Youtube videos, reading the education section, forums, and listening to podcast.

Bigger Pockets is a great place for education and networking. 

I’m currently doing my best to educate myself about real estate by listening to podcasts, reading books, exploring BiggerPockets, etc.

Hey @Reggie Turner, best advice you could get is focus on education.

If you do decide to contact an attorney, make sure to educate yourself on the right questions to ask during the vetting process.

This is a great place to educate yourself.

And to keep women in the organization, CREWN has educational programs, impact programs and an executive development program for women to “make sure they have the training and support to be successful.”

There are tons of low-cost or free education options out there -- go dive in for a couple of weeks, get a 'degree' from YouTube University in Wholesaling - listen to different people explain the same concepts in different ways, and when you feel like you're good enough to explain it to others, find more concepts that you have learned, and repeat the process.  

@Laura Renteria I agree with Douglas you are taking the right step by educating yourself first.

Education is a big part and would zone in on the book/podcasts you want to focus on and go from there.
