I have had no problems touch wood BUT my best advise is .. find the best property manager in the area and build a solid relationship with them .

Also the boxes are on top of the wood floor.

The first task that I believe can build equity is re-doing the up stairs flooring, replacing the hard wood floors with new laminate flooring.

This discussion is timely for me because I have a new property we are working on that has a very tight access to the laundry room, through two long hallways and across nicely finished wood floors.
