Watch out for Biting Dogs!

In short, they are creating bird dogs with their programs throughout the country.I personally chose to seek after a firm that was doing deals but not offering a coaching program.

Maybe 30,000 is high...but I guarantee you it will NOT be $2,000.Sorry, this one is so much of a dog it's not even funny.

They don't know how to handle six people co-workers wanting to rent a 3-bed house, or the tenant that sneaks in five dogs, or the difference between a pet and a service animal and an ESA.

Every year she calls me to complain about the acorns falling on her driveway, on her roof and scaring her dog, on her Mercedes. 

If you have a dog over 50 lbs that is another occupant.

Make sure you don't put yourself in the position of the dog that catches the car. 

I did finally get it rented but between tenants it will likely cost 2-3 months vacancy so it's my dog house.Story 2- Beautiful house comes to market in decent neighborhood. 

Of course, never let the tax tail wag the investment dog - as pointed out by @Bill F..

Admittedly, I have a dog in the fight, but I also truly believe it when I tell them that their first "investment" should be their primary residence, even if that's a small condo.
