Properties that meet 1% role (gross monthly rent vs. sales price) is rare in Anchorage, unless you really want deal with class D/E renters.

After spending a bit of time house hunting in Newport Beach (good luck with two dogs...) we finally found the house we were looking for in Coto De Caza, and we're settling in pretty well here.I have been in real estate my whole life (high school dropout, got into RE at age 20-21) and I've done a bit of everything I guess.

As far as I can tell it covers, DC, MD, VA, WV, DE and PA.
