depends on the market slow markets you need a local agent if its red hot you can list it.FSBO is next to impossible I have found over the years.. unless your wholesaling a house to an investor but if your trying to get market or retail... it need exposrecan you put it on the local MLS ???

Like Kevin Farrell stated....over the counter foggers you can buy from big box retailers will most likely just spread the bugs to other areas of the home and potentially spread them to other tenants/other areas of the home.

Situations like that for sure gets escalated to another higher power (city council) and an inquiry will be posted upon the department which the BO has no answer to, he would rather make his life much easier and punch a hole without anyone knowing and let it slide.
