Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

If you want to get involved as a real estate wholesaler or agent or flipper... great! 

May I ask how long have you been involved with wholesaling and what was your most successful marketing strategy?

If there are different lenders involved, then you can work that out with your title company and have them move the money.

I will give an example from a loan application that was unfortunately denied, from early in my career before I had the right amount of cynicism. 

I joined social media groups and watched what they discussed, I found sites like this and got involved in the discussions and then just keep going.

It’s great to be nice and have a good relationship with tenants but don’t get involved in their personal wants.

My wife and I currently are renting out our first direct involvement real estate investment.

Just speaking from a perspective of being born and raised there, ALWAYS get a thorough inspection when underground basements are involved because some issues they could present could be very costly
