Househacking isn’t even possible without a 45 minute drive with tolls to a bad neighborhood & more traffic!

It can lead to other health problems like heart attacks, strokes, etc....which coincidentally all happened to be a cause of death for many of my older relatives, so needless to say I made a point take the advice to do everything necessary to treat it. 

There are too many innocent deaths from criminals of this nature. 

Dad was not liable (who was counting while his child hid under a neighbors car), the teen was innocent, the owners of both properties were not responsible but the company that built that death machine.....

@Kyle Grimm I started out in life insurance... literally almost starved to death selling $20/mo life policies to millennials.

He had a tattoo that said something like “I won’t tiptoe through life to arrive safely at death.”

And, in my humble opinion the realtor profession is dying a slow death.

I am deathly afraid of having to work until I'm 65+ and really having nothing to show for it like many of my family members will most likely do.

I don't know but I think there is some merit to the discussion of auto loans, student debt, geo-political problems particularly with North Korea, the death of retail and office use, government protectionism all are good guesses. 

There's children dying of totally curable diseases living amidst open sewers and starving to death too, by the millions, in Bombay proper.
