As a country, we have left it to investors to build our housing infrastructure and yes, housing is critical infrastructure.

How do they take the constructive criticism?  

Find a great coach/ mentor and learn as much as I can in different facets of investing. 

@Yogesh Bhadane If you are managing remotely, PM software is going to be critical.  

We can organize the cards in order of importance so that the most critical things are done first.

You can browse there and interview for CFPs who you think know their stuff when it comes to inheritance (a good CFP should also be able to refer you to an estate planning attorney who is another critical team member) and real estate.

However, I am not going to be the one that criticizes and then not offer an alternative view, in fact, a solution that apparently would satisfy all. 

One of them I know very well.My criticism is the lack of diversity.

I believe a degree helps you critically and creatively think, to include how to conduct extensive research.

And, luckily for me, I had just enough critical thinking skills to also sense that something was 'off' in that conventional wisdom.
