While she may not be able to take the AC system legally there are several issues to consider e.g. it may be difficult stopping her from taking major pieces of the system, or destroying it by smashing and bending everything.A good AC system is critical in Florida and I would like to hear more-complete details from both sides.

The flat rate benefits higher priced properties.Nobody watches your property like you do and the choice of tenant is probably as critical as the choice of property - so choosing the right PM is increadibly important.

New fiscal doctrine here: Mr Anson has a LLC pays tax in the US, remits money to UK, pays tax in UK, and then HMRC officers decide that the double tax treaty does not apply because the LLC and him are a distinct person.
