Purchased first rental looking for contractors fellow BP members have worked with.

Anyways the point of all of this is how did yall choose a contractor when buying your first flip? 

Any great contractor and management companies you could recommend?

I am closing in on my first rental property and wanted to put the feelers out for a reputable contractor and home inspector in Baltimore from the BP community.

I’m considering getting a contractor (she’s charging me $300) to estimate repairs on site or doing a co-whole sale with a more experienced wholesaler.
