I am on the process to be licensed for NC (licensed in FL) but didn’t see special content for section 8.  

The total Sq Ft is 2083.

In my case, there was a 1st, second, and legal to get a total due.

Make sure you are including your payment onto the total price you're trying to sell it for. 

I've stacked my renovations and take them in order so I'm never paying 25% fed, 8% state, and 15% SS= 48% tax rate on profits but rather 15% fed and 8% state= 23% total  tax rate. 

It does add to costs but I have discovered properties that look a mess - and the property manager is shocked when I say I was at the house at 123 Main Street today, and saw that X, Y and Z are totally unacceptable - correct this immediately.
