In the latter case, I'd consult your estate attorney on the best course of action with the incoming wire/check.

But I have to take some kind of action now, or I'm going to be stuck with a mountain of student debt and child care costs that are as much as a second mortgage (without the rental income!).  

I'd thought about it but read that investing from an LLC precludes my first few deals from.taking advantage of lower rate lending for my first four or five deals as a private consumer using conventional personal financing.

Otherwise it seems like taking action for the sake of action.

Flipping a house will be too time consuming if you are working as a full time physician. 

Not as easy, and very time consuming.

I am finally in a place to start taking action (financially, spouse on board, etc.).

They just can’t post it online.If you were going to be doing a lot of “driving for dollars”, that might become somewhat time consuming though.
