I don't have much computer savvy but was up and running in just a few hours.

He loads my QB onto his computer, looks at everything, asks me a few questions.

Didn't work.Although, I did just get the idea to try another computer. 

I could pick up these checks on the first of each month by going out to my mail box in my PAJAMAS.Depreciation when you have many rentals is very good for keeping you taxes down.Many other tax benefits.....car, computer, tools, milage, software, etc.Good luck.

With the private debt guys it tends to be conversational, you can turn a no into a yes if the deal is good enough, at most banks computers and algorithms are making the decisions so there isnt much "vision" (not sure if thats the right word).

To determine the value they use a computer software, but if you disagree with what it says then you can show them your most recent appraisal and dispute it.
