Broker / Independent Contractor Software to track Income/Expenses

I was wondering if anyone has found software that is useful for tracking income and expense from a business perspective of real estate brokerage. I am a commercial broker in Washington State and looking for an efficient way to track my income and expenses for tax purposes. I have an excel spreadsheet currently and it works fine, but I feel there could be a more efficiently organized way to track and present to my accountant.

Anyone have any experience/advise for this?

Thank You!

I just responded to your other thread as well. The good thing about QB is you can easily setup multiple companies and modify QB to meet the requirements of those companies. I have a rental company and a renovation company and it is nice that I don't have to get two separate programs. QB may not be user friendly at first, but it is actually pretty easy to figure out and gets the job done.
