I have not been happy with Wink since I first got it because after spending hours getting it set up, I discovered the interface with the lock we had, Yale YRD120 T1L, provided no useful features beyond remotely alerting me to a low battery condition.

Overall, the complexity associated with assuming ownership of 1/6th of an existing partnership seems quite high (unless the LLC bylaws already provide a mechanism for transferral of ownership)?

Although, from my limited understanding, this theory of long-term cycles sounds appealing, it is prudent to acknowledge and understand the limitations of any attempt to oversimplify something as complex as the economy with such models.

@Seth Larson I imagine your tenant is not going to stay and your decision is whether or not to offer her a deal to end her lease...my daughter bought out of her lease with a 2 month rent penalty with an apartment complex.
