In Maryland your bill for public water and public sewer service is combined in your Water Bill The Water Meter tells the State how much water you recieve in gallons, it is assumed you then pass the same number of gallon into the Sewer and your bill is calculated accordingly in 1 Bill.

ah yes the properties are not worth alot in the 30-40k Range... so its also really hard as banks will not lend if the home is not atleast 75k.. and do not allow to combine multiple properties..
