For me, after strongly considering SFRs I just couldn't see a way to hit my annual income goal without massive logistical challenges so I decided to go the apartment route.

That in itself can be a challenge right now.

And there-in is the challenge as a seller: the market for this kind of property is small, and most buyers either can't wrap their head around the investment or don't want the hassle of students.Summary:- Awesome cash flow- Valuation based on cash flow- Management hassle- Difficult to unload

Hello, I just started here and I am already learning a great deal about real estate investments (and the challenges!).

The response to this question can literally and LEGALLY be as vague as "My dog provides a medical alert for a medical condition that is private in nature".
