I went to trade school and was very successful in my field but quickly found out Corporate America just wasn't for me.

I'm seeking an efficient way to take notes as I walk a property instead of writing it down and having messy paperwork.Something that would maybe have an easy way to put down comments on the foundation, roof, etc, with maybe an optional field to add repair cost estimate that it could add all together.

I know I want to start my investing career with wholesaling but I don't have any idea where to start.

It will also teach you how to analyze deals quickly and this will be key to your career as an investor.
