The BURR calculator didn't help me learn the analysis and I couldn't understand if I would indeed be able to take any money out or end up with over 100000 of my money in the deal (which I do not want).Thanks!

From my experience so far, QBO is not setup to automatically calculate cash-on-cash ROI, IRR, or any other ROI's you may want.

This same calculation is the inverse of the "1% rule" or any other random rule you might hear about. 1% rule says a house is worth 100 times monthly rent.
