Just FYI that I recently found out, the black mastic for those 50's and 60's era vinyl tiles often have small amounts of asbestos...definitely stuff that calls for respiratory protection at the least.Would love to hear about the numbers as well as the neighborhood.Nice renovation!

I have three properties now and would like to add 2-3 this year.Thanks for all your help  you buy a 40k house that is quote un quote turn key rehabbed and you mine as well go to vegas and put it all on Black.

We're seeing more people sharing now.....instead of paying $800 for an old 1 bedroom, they'll get 3-4 girls or guys to share a $3000/month Class A downtown with all the fun amenities....Any chance there is room for the land to appreciate...knock it down for a redevelopment at some point in the future.

Smaller remote towns like Black Hawk or Evergreen offer fantastic Airbnb numbers and relatively friendly short term regulations.
