Before & After pics in San Antonio

Some before and after pictures of a light rehab I'm working on in San Antonio. One-half of the duplex is almost completed. My friend and I did all the work in about 5 days. Flooring/painting/little projects that popped up along the way. Should be ready to rent in a few weeks!

@Michael Hassell Thank you! Yikes, yeah good to know. We had masks. It's located in Denver Heights. We plan to rent it for $600 a month. It was $430 before. We put about $2,500 into it. The duplex is attached to a bakery and they cover the mortgage payment with their rent. We have another side of the duplex to complete still...that will be a bigger project. Hopefully, rent that for $650-700.
