I know in parts of the country were they have to rely on title abstractors to physically go to the court house that takes time.. and what I see taking the most time in the big back east cities we work in.. is trying to figure out the UTL bills.. in our markets here other than the city of Portland the Bills did not attach to the property.. so it was not a worry.. it was just figuring out Lien positions and regular tax's and any other Liens that maybe on the property like IRS etc..

@Kyle Cooper If you like pools, add approximately $200-$300 per month for additional maintenance and utility bills, plus a higher insurance premium.

If I had a landlord that judged me by my pay check, and not by my meeting my obligations, this would not bring us together.I don't see an issue if the rents are paid.I am one of these people that somehow manage to pay the bills when the money is not as easy as I would like it to be.Its important to know the income of prospective tenants because the risk seems better.

Of course, SDGE bills the highest price per kwh at the most common times.I'd recommend just going solar w/ a simple PPA or lease program.
