Since then, I have gotten a 3 story, three bed townhouse with finished basement through NRIA that is beautiful in a hot - ok hot-ish - part of Philly on a street that has changed enormously for the better since we invested.

The tenant said the faucet worked fine in the morning.I told her to crank up the heat. open the cabinet door to let more heat in, and turn the water off at the meter before bed.
