Ceiling fan install cost me $50, and sink would be between $100-$150 to install depending in the condition of the pipes. i think Garbage Disposal would be around the same.I don't do them in units, its just another thing to maintain.

Probably minimal education, low income, no emergency fund, poor credit and/or in some sort of government assistance...for life because this is the USA and somehow people can do just that.
