It is a very resilient investment climate as it is always going to turn cold in both North and South America, the snow will always fly and people will always want to escape to the warmer climate of the islands.There is amazing airlift with all major airlines flying here each and every day of the year thereby making TCI a four season destination.

No tough guy routine......just amazed that someone with a real estate license, trying to wholesale properties, doesn't realize the bank has to be paid off with proceeds from the sale when the owner sells it.  

The reason it's still worth buying and why there are so many buyers and house prices are being pushed up is interest rates are amazing!!

We got started buying a personal residence in an amazing neighborhood but a totally fixer up.

Starting with the license plate they were able to track down an amazing amount of information from public records, going from one source to another.

It's usually pretty expensive (I think last time I was getting it it was $150/quarter) but lead wise, and local indepthedness is pretty amazing.

We did replace the lower level soffits and it looks amazing as well (that was part of the extra labor / materials), I will update you all in my cost.Looks like half of the catwalk was rotted.
