We will be doing this remotely and looking in areas where we can hopefully find more affordable homes. 

@Tiffany B Alexander, you're biggest challenge is going to be affordability.

Lease is to expire mid June and he is not sure he can afford to renew for one year and wanted to explore options.Other than not increasing rent, switching to month to month, the "until further notice" does not give much to budget and plan. 

While I cant afford to buy multi families with cash, I plan on continuing to try and put as much down on them in the future to pay them off quicker and really reap the benefits. 

For over a year now i have counted on joining the Wholesaling Inc. coaching program to help me but it turns out i just cant afford to do that right now.

What happens in June, July, and August when we ALL find out who can afford their rent?
