I've seen the wall, unfinished of course, but it would definitely slow down the crossings.How about the following stages.1. finish the wall2. punish employers3. eliminate all the freebies to illegals4.. determine those here illegally and offer a program to stay or send them back.

No, I have no stock in Insta-hang, but I just saw an ad on TV for the little gizzmo that drives in pins in walls to hang pictures.I required the use of pins in my units for years, I showed them how to drive or press them in at an angle to hang stuff.

So, expect to pay about $500 for a typical engineering review/inspection for something like this (though obviously it could vary).The engineer likely wouldn't have to open up any walls, but it depends on the work that was done previously and how/if it was covered up.If the deal is great, and you're willing to spend $500 to check it out, go for it.

Some additional items were installed after the video was taken so the full finished exterior is not captured and on the after repair portion, you will see a few areas of walls with blue masking tape that was eventually pulled off after the paint had dried.I will post the final numbers of the deal once it closes.

Besides the carpet issue, there is mold in the garage wall due to run off from the furnace something must be clogged in there.
