Search LLC info here as well and if you provide more specifics, be happy to address your questions too.John, I'd like to see that, the code referres to unrealted parties, our resident tax guy can probably look that up, but what is "related", it does relate to business interests, a husband wife may only be an issue if any compensation comes back to them or they control the board so that selected entities that are unrelated receive compensation.

I ask this because these funds are ear marked for use in retirement, a long term investments and can be effectively used to leverage your return without having to re mortgage your primary residence.
