I've heard that there are 10 or so states that you have to be realtor to be able to do these but haven't heard whether Tennessee is one of them

I believe the POS inspection is a regional practice specific to certain municipalities in Northeast Ohio, so it'll be hard to get specific insight about this issue.I hope the realtors will be flexible about this one, but I have had poor experiences with this brokerage in the past.

Yes you can take a Realtor and a contractor threw, there is a time issue but if the property is in bad shape (most of them are) then it may not sell and could go on for weeks.

And when someone calls me, I tell them that I am also a Realtor.
