Do not want to put anymore capital such as a $140k cost of foundation further putting us in the red so considering selling this money pit as is or holding on for creative ways to make this house profitable.

Hello Everyone,This might be a little uncomfortable to say but I don't know where else to go.

This would be our first purchase of this type and we are looking for some lending options. 

This is an insanely open ended question but the sum of this is that I'm having trouble getting started in multi-family and apartment buildings.

Before I get to the issues I want to point out Bigger Pockets is a great website for networking, free information, investing strategies and many other things. 

I love it when people withhold material information and yet want binary answers.

I often get asked "is this a good time to buy"? 

Purchase price: $45,000 Cash invested: $25,000 Bought this house rehab it and keep it as a rental.

Based on this information, any other advice would be very much welcomed.
