Are you basing that upon data from the Austin metro?

Austin Texas metro is still number 1 in the state for the lowest unemployment clocking it at 2.7%.

Just to summarize- Weekend Only (maybe evenings during the week a bit, but Part time overall)- Exposure to real estate investments/transactions/management - Opportunity to meet new people / be social - (Ideally) in the Phoenix metro areaIn case it's important - I have a Bachelors Degree from a well recognized private institution (non-business related), have worked in professional capacities for major start ups/small businesses for over 12 years
