Hey everyone how's it going! I just bought my first house hack a few months ago, getting ready to do some construction in between tenants. In particular, adding a kitchen to the basement, and putting in an egress window as well. Looking for honest recommendations on contractors in the North Denver metro area. Thanks! Appreciate the help!
